I dipped hotdogs in corn bread batter (thicker than usually by holding back 1/3 cup milk).
Baked at 350 for 10-15 minutes until browned. Tasted delicious. I baked the leftover cornbread dough in a small pan that was left over.
I must admit, not as delicious as the deep-fat-fried corny dogs, but the boys still gobbled them up!
