Baked GF Corndogs


I dipped hotdogs in corn bread batter (thicker than usually by holding back 1/3 cup milk).
Baked at 350 for 10-15 minutes until browned. Tasted delicious. I baked the leftover cornbread dough in a small pan that was left over.

I must admit, not as delicious as the deep-fat-fried corny dogs, but the boys still gobbled them up!

yeeech, mine didn't work at all... we covered them with red sauce and cheese though, and I guess they were OK. They cured my desire for corndogs pretty well.
