It's my sixth year GF diagnosis anniversary and to celebrate I'm baking! Big surprise!!!
I've moved past merely baking great bread and now I'm seeking to impress the gluten-eating masses. This recipe seems to have great potential for the party I'm headed to tonight. It’s a modification of Bette Hagman's (Praise be her name!) Basic Millet Bread Recipe from her cookbook, The Gluten Free Gourmet Bakes Bread.
