I'm beginning my own Personal Gluten Challenge!!!! Baking the ultimate loaf to impress the G-Eaters! Last night's party goers declared that the winner thus far is this loaf from GF Mommy's website.
These people were wheat bread connoisseurs of the highest caliber so they must know!!!
My GF guys at home... they thought it was pretty great too. But, I can't judge the suitability for sandwiches or the longevity without crumble factor 'cause it just doesn't last that long!
