The essentials are just soy sauce, sesame oil and (of course) green beans.
2 TB soy sauce to 1 tsp sesame oil,
about a pound of green beans (we steamed 'em first),
and sesame seeds.
Stir it all together until the wet has sucked into the beans and the whole thing smells Asiany.Reality Bite: Having spent two years living in Hong Kong, and speaking fluent Cantonese, I can totally say that.
