Made the cheesecake again for the Welcome-Home-China-Girl party and this time I used the recipe from Living Without for graham crackers. When I made them, they crumbled totally--either my guar gum is not gummy enough, or there is not enough gum in the recipe.
Precooked, the dough looks the same as baked.
The flavor is the closest I've come to real graham crackers but the texture...
I'll try them again sometime, but for now, they suit the purpose perfectly! CRUMBS!!!
