G-F Berry Yogurt Fluff

Quick, fast, delicious party dessert

32 oz vanilla yogurt
1 small package (3.2 oz.) dry vanilla pudding (instant)
1 small tub whipped topping (coolwhip)
1 16 oz. package berries (frozen)

First stir pudding packet into yogurt then fold all ingredients together and serve in a crumb cracker shell or in pudding dishes.

This tastes much better than the ingredients sound alone.  Couldn't stop eating it the first time and raves are already rushing in the second.

Reality Bite:  Yes, it's basil, rather than mint leaf -- actually when I was at Cafe Paisan they added chopped fresh basil to the berry topping on the creme brule dessert and it was magnificent!
