Don'cha hate it when you find the perfect on-line recipe, make it and then
lose the link? I'm ever seeking a Thyme-less lemon chicken since that auspicious day but, I did find one that is an adequate substitute yesterday.

It has chicken breasts, fresh lemon juice, herbs and then is grilled. It was delicious too, but one wonders (like all joys gone by the wayside) if it ever was truly as good as the memory.
