Okay, Chef Michael Fusco is brilliant and fabulous and from Oklahoma, which explains why bacon, onions, cheese, cajun spice and garlic are in his corn muffin mix.
I admit it, I ate them. And they were delicious. I just cannot bring myself make them. It goes against every core value to put that much fat in my face. YUM.
But, to make for others, for a GF Potluck? These would be magnificent. Hail Michael.
