Blood Work Results: POOR IN VITAMIN D!
Yikes. Vit. D is so important that when the American Pediatrics (your medical doctors) say 400 IU's more daily, they mean it.
Let's give our kids that extra boost in learning, concentration and nutritional health. I'm up for it. The youngest hates pills, but loves the lemon flavored cod liver oil!
Who knows what floats the boats of their little minds.
