Blood Work Results: POOR IN VITAMIN D!
'member the link on Vit D? (Celiac class Oct 2008) well, I've had my youngest on a weekly 2000 IU's of Vit D 3 for a couple of months and his blood work just came back as insufficient again!
Yikes. Vit. D is so important that when the American Pediatrics (your medical doctors) say 400 IU's more daily, they mean it.
Let's give our kids that extra boost in learning, concentration and nutritional health. I'm up for it. The youngest hates pills, but loves the lemon flavored cod liver oil!
Who knows what floats the boats of their little minds.
