Easy recipe:4 eggs
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup coconut oil, 1/4 cup other oil (I used vegetable)
^mix together, then add
1 tsp baking soda
1 T baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 t guar or xantham gum
and 1 1/2- 2 cups flour blend + 1/2 c coconut flour
+some blue food coloring (they turn green because of all the egg yolks)

Cute little monsters for your Halloween pleasure.
bake at 350* for 10 minutes. Don't forget the chocolate eyes.
