Now I've Been There, Done That! GF Pesto Grilled Cheese is delicious! Today's pinterest blog recipe trial is # 85,343, and by that I mean I am rapidly whittling down the lengthy list of recipe tests from pins that looked promising. This one was a different take on the familiar grilled cheese.
I used muenster cheese, this hearty multigrain bread recipe and this Sept. 2009 recipe for spinach pesto. I ate it all.
