Betty Crocker would hug my sister if she tasted this recipe!
Fresh peaches, a cake mix and utter deliciousness!
It was terrific... I'm getting the recipe today.
Mix the Betty Crocker yellow cake mix as instructed on the box.
In a 9x13 pan, place six fresh peaches peeled, pitted and stirred with a mix of 1/4 cup corn syrup and 3/4 cup water.
If you wish, use a large can of peaches with juice.
She then poured the cake (yeah, the one that only makes a 8x8 pan usually) batter over the peaches and cinnamon and sugar were sprinkled on the top.
Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees and eat warm or cold.
Reality Bite: I should have taken the time to take a photo of the cake on a beautiful plate with a dollop of whip topping, but it was too yummy to wait--and the camera was out of battery anyway.
