My next door neighbor is from India and she introduces and encourages me to eat more Indian food everyday--all the time.
Dosas and Pakodas are made with rice flour and chickpea flour and most delicious when she makes them!
There are so many G-F options she tells me and the only atypical ingredient to watch for is the spice mix called HING which is made from Wheat.
Here is my favorite mix she recommended from Laxmi's Indian Market.
It is a easy as dumping the mix over raw chicken in the crockpot on high and waiting four hours.
REALITY BITE: Mission-bound guy loved it, but he loves spicy flavor-filled food now. (Who is he and what has he done with the kid that only ate yogurt and tortillas as a child? )
