Pies to Order

The orders are in! The college kids are coming home and bringing friends and the pie orders are mounting.

"Mom, my first favorite would be pumpkin, but you know that next is Lemon Meringue."

I break in, "What about Banana Cream? You love banana cream."

"Yeah, but, not as much as that chocolate one, you know? The pudding chocolate pie?"

So, we're up to five pies, because the hubby always goes for the tripleberry, and I feel guilty if I don't make him the triple berry to make up for all the rest of the pie-less year.

I'm already behind, the sister already has gf crusts baked and frozen. And so it begins!
