National Celiac Day!!!!

So far, everyone I've told that it's National Celiac Day have had the same response. "Every day is celiac day for us." Then my sister added on, "And it's really nothing to celebrate." So I've been thinking of what I'm grateful for this day.

Happy National Celiac Day! In honor, I think I'll bake something wonderful. I am so grateful for innovative chefs and bakers who led the way to my better baking.

Yesterday I made 13 homemade mixes for a service auction and without recipes and know-how of others that would have been impossible! (FORGOT TO TAKE A PHOTO!)
