Taking Vacation

The college bound boy is no longer. He's morphed to the college guy and today he left a message (I had misplaced my cell -it was on silent- as usual.)

"Mom, can I make waffles without buttermilk."

I didn't answer, so I'm assuming he did it. I'll see how they turned out when he calls with his nightly updates--those calls that will keep me sane over the next while.

I might link to some old posts while I'm intermittently baking and posting. Some of the old originals are best anyway.
