Pigs in a Blanket

Gluten-Free Pigs in a Blanket? Happiness wrapped in wonderful goodness. I think any g-f pizza crust mix would work great.

I mixed up a batch of pizza crust mix and took a spoonful and handrolled it around a hotdog, then baked them. Okay, they were delicious. We dipped them in marinara sauce and gobbled them up and before I knew it, they were all gone!

What now?

The son's sleep-over friends wouldn't leave them alone. J.T. and Nicholas are not GF kids and cannot begin to understand how precious pigs in a blanket are.

But, since they are high on the request/beg list, so, here I go again, making and baking--and this time, I'm trying freezing. Yum!
