This photo is purely gratituous. I saw these sandwiches in the check-out lane on the cover of Taste of Home magazine. AND I WANTED IT! So I went home and made it, layers of cheese, tomato, spinach, grilled mushrooms, and ham. I was ecstatic as I ate the whole thing myself!!! I used my standard bread recipe. Heaven in my hand.
Gotta start working out for Turkey Day! The pumpkin pies are done!
