Wall Street Journal Article on Gluten

Interesting and comprehensive article to wake up to. My only complaint was that the article did not discuss the expense of eating GF. For a financial paper like the Wall Street Journal, that seemed to me to be a glaring omission.

I'm not one of the celiac type that loses weight going off gluten, although I personally know of those who shed 50 to 80 pounds in months of following the diet. It seems like a strange happenstance when this occurs, but then I remember, 30% of celiacs are overweight, 39% are obese.


If I wanted to lose weight without exercise, I could diet by going off the diet, but then being too thin would be the least of my problems.
