The party tonight was delightful. A Valentine shower is so easy because the decorating is already in place with a Love theme anyway! We ate great food, enjoyed great company and laughed a lot!
The menu was GF Devils Food cupcakes with this month's Martha Stewart accent,
GF Oreo's from Gobsmacked's site
Spinach Balls,
Bacon Tomato cups,
Raspberry Triffle,
faux Oreo Cookie BonBons, and
Hello Dolly's made with a Pamela's choc. cookie crust.
Everything was beautiful and was easily made GF. In the muddle of the week to come, I'll upload each recipe, and make each name an autoclick for the recipes!
It wasn't until after the shower was over that it came out all the food was gluten-free! We are mainstreaming it more and more and no one else notices because it so delicious.
