Another evening meal enhanced with successful bread. I love GF Mommy's recipe for Millet Oatmeal. Today I sponged the loaf for ten minutes and used quinoa flakes instead of oatmeal flour. It turned out light and delicious.
The boys swear it's wheat bread. YUM!
I'd better get another loaf or two done today 'cause the storm's a commin' and if we're prepared it won't happen right?
