Okay, today I found the guar gum. Not in the deepest darkest depths as I thought, but right there, hiding in plain sight, in pantry #1, on the second shelf, in front, just at eye level. Two packages, so I'd better move them to the freezer, for safety and longevity and to increase the chances that I might again locate this product when I run out.
Sometimes hiding in plain sight happens and I wonder what purpose it serves in the big plan of life. Am I to learn something? To rake the pantry out more often? To encourage me to create a better method of storage? Or just a reminder...
