I made the very bestest pies for holiday dinners, two pumpkin, a doublecrust razzleberry, lemon meringue, banana cream. They looked so fabulous... didn't brown much, but I didn't expect them to when rice flour is involved. I talked the husband into trying a piece before I took them to the family bash.
He made it halfway through a slice. From now on, I am going to clearly mark the salt and sugar containers.
I cried and cried, or would have if I could have stopped cursing.
