Freeze canned pineapple, juice and all in a flat container. Put it into your blendtec and add 1/4 cup milk as it blends and a squirt of agave necter.
It's not as hard as they make out at Disney Dole Plantation. It's cheap, delicious and I could realistically pretend that I am in Hawaii every day.
