Gluten Causing Epidemics?

40% of American's can't tolerate gluten? Gluten-intolerance is an epidemic in Europe? This article blames Monsanto for gluten intolerances. Intriguing? GMO genetically modified has made America ill? I wonder. If it's true, we probably will not hear any more about it as Monsanto will buy the cover-up.
