Unfortunately, I've been back to the real word for a week and still have felt no urge to create anything gluten-free. I hope that my g-f interest hasn't packed up and left with the college guy.
He's flying in tomorrow with his GF sister, so I'm hoping some of the old enthusiasm will spark me to create again. Meanwhile, enjoy the happiness of a summertime fruit pizza. It was delicious as usual.
