Pumpkin Pie review

Oops, forgot to blog the review on the pie. Turning out great, browned nicely and other than having to add about a half cup of water extra to form a dough for the crust, it was fairly easy to make--after a fashion. I did have one moment of angst when I wondered if to form a GF crust, one has to have a degree in sculpture. These things never stay together.

I didn't like the crust as much as Bette's old one--a little tough, but it might have been the fault of the baker.

P.S.
The pie would have been even better if I had remembered to include sugar in the mix.
YIKES! Oh well, a thick sugar syrup over the top, under the whip cream made it palatible.
Thank goodness for boys and their appetites.
