Are you sick yet of my attempts at trying to bake great wrap bread? I'm on a mission and I can't be deterred!
Today I substituted the flour mix from Bette Hagman's (Praise Be Her Name) flour mix for French Bread in her bread book and I used it in the standard wrap recipe. I still added the tapioca and next time I'm trying it with all flour mix. The added tapioca made it too gluey like chebe bread.
